Agile Leaders of Learning Innovation Network

Established in 2017, the WISE Agile Leaders of Learning Innovation Network (ALL-IN) is a global community of practice for educational leadership experts that research, design, and advocate for high quality school leadership policies to prepare and support school systems in educating the learners of today and the future.


Education for Tomorrow’s World

The Education for Tomorrow’s World series informs new approaches to learning, skills and inclusion for radically different societies. Topical programs and regional workshops address emerging challenges and opportunities for education, assessment and the future of work, generating strategic recommendations and practical projects to recalibrate and reform current systems.


Education Policymakers Network

The Education Policymakers Network connects policymakers from different countries to work, learn and innovate together. Launched in 2021, the network helps support and sustain education reform around the need to develop a breadth of skills – cognitive, creative, physical, social and emotional – in young and school-aged learners.


Emerging Urban Leaders

The Emerging Urban Leaders program addresses the growing demand for access to nature in urban spaces. Launched in 2021, this initiative creates a network that includes architects, urban planners, community organizers, policymakers and conservationists, who are matched with mentors to develop innovative solutions and quality cities of the future.


Global Lessons on Greening School Grounds and Outdoor Learning

There is growing momentum worldwide to make school grounds greener as a sensible and thoughtful approach to increase climate resilience and improve health and education outcomes, especially for those most impacted by systems of inequity and environmental injustices. Global Lessons on Greening School Grounds and Outdoor Learning brings together thought leaders to identify and disseminate successful approaches to school ground greening from around the world to influence and help us, as a society, make significant progress in addressing complex interrelated problems. 


Karanga – The Global Alliance for SEL and Life Skills

Developed out of a series of SEL programs in 2018/19 in Education for Tomorrow’s World series, Karanga’s mission is to inspire and equip practitioners, policy makers and researchers from across the world to promote quality and equitable Social Emotional Learning and Life Skills through initiatives that connect, coordinate, and drive action.


Salzburg Academy on Media and Global Change

The Salzburg Academy on Media & Global Change convenes emerging leaders across media industries to build networks of innovation and leadership in media. Participants collaborate to address social problems and design media-based solutions. The faculty provides mentorship to emerging media leaders, working to design media literacy practices and processes that support the next generation of civic-minded media leaders.


Transforming Education Co-Action Summit

The Transforming Education Co-Action Summit seeks to shape an opportunity to deepen the global dialogue and accelerate action to transform education, and specifically to enable intergenerational leadership and collaboration. It is a commitment to seize the momentum, with a shift away from focusing on reform or incremental improvement to building a depth of understanding and engagement that supports collective action and to learn our way forward together.


Whole Child Development for Displaced Learners

The Whole Child Development for Displaced Learners Network recognizes the unique challenges facing refugee children and promotes the inclusion of psychosocial support and social and emotional learning in education programs for displaced learners. Launched in 2021, the network connects donors, intergovernmental agencies, governments and educators to create and sustain commitment to whole child development in contexts of conflicts and crisis.
